Privacy
Short version: no accounts, no cookies of ours, nothing you check is stored on our side.
URL checks
When you run a redirect, canonical, bulk, compare or hreflang check, the URL is sent to our server on Vercel, which requests it once (plus its own redirects) and returns the result to your browser. We do not store URLs or results. Your IP address is held in memory for up to 24 hours only to enforce fair-use limits, and Vercel keeps standard short-lived request logs.
The checker refuses private, loopback, link-local and cloud-metadata addresses, uses only http and https, and follows at most 10 redirects per URL.
AI explanations
If you click "Explain & suggest a fix", the check result and your optional question are sent through Vercel AI Gateway to an OpenAI model to write the explanation. Nothing is sent unless you click. Don't include secrets in the question box.
Stored in your browser
The redirect and canonical checkers remember your last few URLs in this browser's localStorage so you can rerun them. It never leaves your device.
Analytics
We use Ahrefs Web Analytics, a cookieless, privacy-friendly analytics script, to count page views. It does not use cookies or track you across sites.
